Absolutely great communication and advice over the phone with the selection of products. I do miss the dosage for the tincture though, whether there are pauses in the use as with Reishi. Transferred the capsules into a smaller bottle - for work, they have hardened, so they can not be emptied, but I suck them like candy. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
